Queuing Using Names

The NEMO-Q Virtual Queuing system is designed to allow customers to check-in and secure a place in line through a variety of means. Our system will allow customers to get in line by simply walking in and checking in at a kiosk or with a receptionist or greeter. Once the customer’s need has been assessed, they will provide their name and be placed in a virtual queue.
Our virtual queuing system can utilize any type of tablet as a touchscreen entry point for customers. This system is particularly popular with our “queue by name” clients. Your customers will simply approach the touchscreen, select a reason for their visit, and enter their name into the iPad or tablet touchscreen to enter the line.
While queuing by name, your customers can easily view their name being called forward by the digital signage throughout your lobby.
