Ticket-based queuing is by far the most accurate, fair and, in many cases, preferred form of queuing that tends to increase impulse purchases. The NEMO-Q queuing system is a high-end, sophisticated form of a take-a-number system. The ticket is usually obtained from a elegant kiosk rather than a "dispenser" and tickets are printed in real time allowing you to use multiple categories of service (number series) as well as advertising. Multiple service categories are useful for creating a separate line for certain customers such as; express, VIP, bi-lingual or anything you want.

Since every aspect of the system is controlled by a PC or a built in processor, statistics such as wait time, service time and productivity reports are easily produced. The software can forecast future traffic patterns based on actual historical data rather than models, ensuring proper scheduling of both full time and part time employees.
